What to know

01Who does the foundation help?

We work with the most difficult cases — when doctors where a patient lives say there are no options left. We carefully review every request and honestly assess what can be done. If we see a way forward, we look for specialized treatment and arrange medical transport.

02What does it cost the patient?

First we review your case — this costs nothing. What follows depends on the specific situation: what is needed, where, and how. We talk about the options and terms honestly and openly once we understand your case. Write to us — we'll assess it.

03How quickly can you help?

It depends on the case — the patient's condition, the treatment needed, and the route. Some requests call for urgent action, others for careful preparation. We recommend reaching out as early as possible: the sooner we study the situation, the more options we can find.

04How is medical transport organized?

We arrange the transport of patients, including those who need medical accompaniment during the journey. We tailor the route, method, and accompaniment to each case and to the person's condition. We discuss the details individually after assessing the request.

05How can I support the foundation?

You can support our work with a donation — every contribution helps us take on new cases.
