Privacy Policy

Who we are

Charitable Foundation "NEW LIFE!" (EDRPOU 42792589). For anything related to personal data, write to support@newlife.foundation.

What data we collect

1. Through the "Become a volunteer" and "Become a partner" forms: name, email or phone, message text. 2. Through the request-for-help form: name, contact details, a description of the health condition and, optionally, medical documents. These requests often concern children — in that case they are submitted by parents or guardians. We collect no other data and use no cookies, trackers, or analytics services.

Health data

Information about health conditions and medical documents is sensitive data. We process it solely to help find and arrange treatment. By submitting such information, you consent to its processing for this purpose.

Consent to data processing

By submitting this form, I consent to the processing of the data provided, including health data, for the purpose of finding and arranging treatment — including its transfer to medical institutions, including abroad, only to the extent needed to help. If this request concerns a child, I confirm that I act as their parent or legal guardian.

How data is transferred and stored

All submissions from the site go directly to the foundation. Only foundation staff have access to them. We do not pass this data to any third-party service.

Who we share data with

To arrange treatment, we may share patient information with medical institutions, including abroad — only to the extent needed to help, and with your consent. We do not share data for advertising or mailings, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep data

Help-request data is kept as long as needed to work on your case, and for some time after it concludes, then deleted. Volunteer and partner data is kept to stay in touch with you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete your data — write to support@newlife.foundation.
